On the heels of another report disappointing quarterly, RIM suffered blackouts that have hit the e-mail and BlackBerry Messenger service today. Twitter brings to BlackBerry customers to voice their grievances. The company later acknowledged the problem.
"Some customers are Canadian & LATAM reported fuel problems we are currently investigating support team .. We apologize for the inconvenience," the company said in a tweet.
A RIM representative was not immediately available to provide further details about the extent of the problem for CNET.
