Super-fast prototype battery case, from here at CEATEC 2011 to just 10 minutes for full charge. If your phone battery dies, they simply slide into the cage for a fee.
You do not have a phone on a regular course, for free, but you have a portable power source, the juice is extracted in a few minutes.
This could be useful if you are not near a power source.
The case is equipped with a lithium titanate (LTO), which is much faster on costs than lithium ion.
This is similar to the Toshiba Super Charge Ion Battery, which can recharge in 5 minutes and last for 6000 charge-discharge cycles.
DoCoMo did not say when the battery case, can the market, or price adjustments which might be affected.
